The Plan is available to subscribing customers and non-customers (“Plan Members”) of the Marina. Space is limited, so early enrollment is encouraged. The Plan provides boaters with haul-out and storage services for their vessel (the “Vessel”) in the event a Named Storm enters the Gulf of Mexico with forecasted landfall at or near Perdido Pass, Alabama, assuming such Named Storm is forecasted by the National Weather Service to have an adverse impact on vessels left in the water. In such an event, the Marina will implement an alert under the Plan (a “Marina Storm Alert”). In the event a Marina Storm Alert is implemented, haul-out services will be scheduled for Plan Members, and normal haul-out activity will be suspended at the Marina’s discretion.
