Enron North America Corp., a Delaware corporation ("Buyer"), and Greene Energy LLC, a_____ limited liability company ("Seller", each referred to as a "Party", and collectively as the "Parties",) enter into this Gas Purchase Agreement (this "Agreement") effective as of the May 1, 2001, (the "Effective Date"). The Enfolio General Provisions, including definitions, set forth in Appendix "1" shall apply to this Agreement.
