This GOOGLE MAPS API CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of Effective Date in the corresponding Ordering Document (the “Effective Date”), between SADA Systems Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the state of California, with offices at 5250 Lankershim Blvd., Suite 620, North Hollywood, CA 91601 (“SADA”), and Customer, an Entity organized under the laws of the State of Incorporation with offices at Address ("Customer"). In connection with this Agreement, Customer has entered into a corresponding ordering document (“Ordering Document”) for the Services, the terms of which are incorporated by reference herein.
