De Novo Group, Inc., a California corporation, (“DeNovo”, “We”, “Us”) owns or controls portions of a wireless network consisting of certain equipment, hardware and software owned or licensed by DeNovo and, if applicable, certain leased equipment (“Equipment”; collectively, the “Wireless Network”). Equipment might include but is not limited to: routers/switches, wifi access points, other networking devices, radio antennas/dishes, batteries, battery chargers, solar panels, enclosures, tree/tower climbing devices, conduits and brackets, and mounts.
