This E-Sign Act Consent ("the E-Sign Consent") is a legally binding agreement between Stream Financial LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and assigns ("Stream," "us," "we," or "our") and you ("you," "your") regarding your use of products and services offered, operated or made available by Stream, including Stream’s extension of credit (collectively, the “Services”). The Services may be delivered, administered, obtained, or accessed electronically through the Internet, email, text-messaging, and/or software applications (including applications for mobile or handheld devices). In connection with any Service, we may choose to provide certain Records to you in electronic form and obtain your electronic signature in connection with those Records. If you choose not to agree to this E-Sign Consent, or you withdraw your consent, you may be ineligible to use or obtain our Services
