This Annex shall be for the purpose of providing a mechanism for Psionic LLC to utilize NASA expertise and unique NASA LaRC facilities to expedite commercialization of Navigation Doppler Lidar (NDL) Generation 4 design technology. Specifically, this Annex provides access to NASA environmental test facilities for Thermal Vac (TVAC), vibe, and Electro-magnetic Interference (EMI) testing; enables the transfer and replacement/return of long lead materials; and, provides consulting / technical review support from NASA, along with technical details and documentation.
