This Trademark and Domain Name License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Riviera Operating Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Licensor”), on the one hand, and Riviera Black Hawk, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“Licensee”), on the other hand.
