Attached hereto is the sole and entire rental agreement between the aforementioned management and resident, and both parties acknowledge receipt of completed copies. No oral statements shall be binding. No modification of this agreement shall be binding unless attached hereto and signed by all parties. When so indicated above, all parties acknowledge that management is a licensed real estate broker. Management represents the owner of the subject property, and will be compensated by the owner for professional services rendered. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have caused these presents to be signed in person or by a person duly authorized, the day and year above written.
