In consideration for reservation of the right to use the Parkway Lakes Village HOA (PLV) recreation center, and parking lot areas adjacent thereto, located at 22750 Parkway Lakes Ln, Richmond, Texas (all such areas herein referred to as the “Center”) by the undersigned Homeowner(s) of the PLV community (hereinafter referred to as “Homeowner”, whether one or more) for a private party to be held by Homeowner at the Parkway Lakes Village HOA (PLV) Center, Homeowner hereby agrees with as follows:
