The Crestone Ridge Home Owners Association (HOA) community center swimming pool is available for personal parties to all Crestone Ridge and the Villas At Crestone Ridge residents, in good standing, at a cost $75 (non-refundable) and a $75 (refundable) damage deposit & cleaning fee. Please read and complete the following contract. Place the completed form along with a check made out to Crestone Ridge HOA in the mailbox slot located on the front porch of the community center adjacent to the front door.
