This Interconnection, Metering and Parallel Operation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by Knoxville Utilities Board, a municipal utility created pursuant to the Charter of the City of Knoxville, Tennessee. hereinafter referred to as “KUB”, and hereinafter referred to as “Participant”.
