This Agreement shall remain in full force until December and thereafter year by year unless and until either party shall have given to the other party, not less than sixty (60) days and not more than one-hundred and twenty (120) days preceding the expiry date of this Agreement or any subsequent annual expiry date, notice in writing requiring the other party to the Agreement to commence collective bargaining.
