- Boys and Girls Club/APAL) (this “ENA”) dated for purposes of identification only as of October 1, 2009 (the “Date of the ENA”), is entered into by and between the ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body, corporate and politic (the “Agency”), on the one hand, and the BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF ANAHEIM, a California non-profit corporation (“BGC”) and the ANAHEIM POLICE ACTIVITIES LEAGUE, a California non- profit corporation (“APAL”), on the other hand.
