DONATION AGREEMENT NO. ___ Moscow ________________, 2021 Citizen of _____ ____________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Donor”, on the one part, and the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art Endowment Fund, hereinafter referred to as the “Donee”, represented by Director Darya Sergeevna Kotova, acting under the Articles of Association, on the other part, collectively referred to as the “Parties”, enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) whereby it is agreed as follows: ДОГОВОР ПОЖЕРТВОВАНИЯ № ___ г.
