This agreement is signed pursuant to AFL VIC COUNTRY Rules and Regulations pertaining to permits and clearances and in particular clause 2.10 Area Permits, whereby interchange of players between Stratford JFC of the above mentioned Leagues may take place without a clearance or permit and is subject to any provision contained within this agreement.
