The timeframe for agreement shall be the 2016-17 school year. This agreement shall be in effect from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.This agreement may be revised or terminated by either party upon 45 days written notice. Cancelation requests made by the LEA 45 days or less from the first date of scheduled service will result in a cancelation fee of 20% of the total cost of planned services.
