This agreement was entered into on September 1, 2022 by and between the Intermediate Board of Education of Van Buren County, Lawrence, Michigan, hereinafter called the “Board” and the Van Buren County Education Association/Van Buren Intermediate Education Association, MEA-NEA, hereinafter called the “Association”. Personnel represented by the Association shall hereinafter be referred to as “Professional Staff Members” (PSM), which includes “Teacher” and “Non-Teaching Professional Staff Member”.
