THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of August, 2007 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Designworks, Inc. 526 St. Joseph Street, Suite B, Rapid City, SD 57701 hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the Review of Landscape Ordinances (hereinafter called the Project).
