THIS DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT (this "Developer's Agreement" or this "Agreement") is entered into by and between CONCORD VILLAGE PHASE THREE, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, hereinafter jointly referred to as "Developer", and the CITY OF AVON, Lorain County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as "City".
