The parties to this License Agreement are PharmaDeals Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of PharmaVentures Ltd, (The Publisher), the Customer and any other Authorised Users specified herein. In signing a Subscription Order/Renewal Form, the Customer and other Authorised Users agree to the following terms and conditions for use of PharmaDeals’ products:
