These terms of service form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Taxi Apps Pty Ltd ABN 55 149 538 616 trading as GoCatch (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you as an individual registering to be a user of our service described in the next sentence (referred to as “you” or “your”). This Agreement governs your use of the GoCatch application (“GoCatch App”), websites and technology platform under the brand “GoCatch” or “Trip Set Go” (collectively the “GoCatch Platform”).
