The following terms together with those on the face of this Agreement, other documents as may be incorporated by reference or attached hereto, and additional terms in any Change Order issued to this purchase order, constitute the offer of Family HealthInternational (“FHI 360”) to the Vendor and shall, when accepted, constitute the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between FHI 360 and Vendor.
