It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Education of the Northport Public School District (hereinafter “Board”) and T. Neil Wetherbee (hereinafter “Superintendent”) that pursuant to Section 1229(1) of the Revised School Code, the Board in accordance with its action found in the minutes of its meeting held on the day 17 of May , 2021, has and does hereby employ the said T. Neil Wetherbee for a period commencing on May 17, 2021 and ending on June 30, 2026 according to the following terms and conditions.
