These API Terms of Use (the “API Terms”), dated as of January 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), are made and entered into by and between NovoMedici, LLC., a Utah corporation and its affiliates (“NovoClinical” or “we”), and you (“Developer” or “you”). NovoClinical and Developer are sometimes referred to in the API Terms individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. NovoClinical and Developer hereby agree as follows:
