This AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of AT&T Fiber Investment, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into as of April 4, 2023, by and among AT&T Fiber Investment Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the Managing Member and a Class B Common Member, the Class A Limited Members listed on Schedule A attached hereto and Bernard J.
