This Second Amended and Restated Terminal Storage and Throughput Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the day of , 2005 by and among Global Petroleum Corp. (hereinafter jointly referred to as "Customer"), and amends and restates in its entirety the Amended and Restated Terminal Storage and Throughput Agreement dated as of September 1, 2001 by and among Global and Customer (the "Original Agreement").
