This Surrounding Community Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November , 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Town of Pembroke, Massachusetts, a municipality of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with its offices at 100 Center Street, Pembroke, MA 02359 (the “Town”), and Mass Gaming & Entertainment, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office at 900 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60611 (“MGE”) (each a “Party”, both collectively, the “Parties”).
