The General Loan Agreement (GLA) enclosed herewith is a standard contract previously and unilaterally prepared by our Bank and contains general transaction conditions. The general transaction conditions are contract provisions previously prepared by the issuing authority and presented to the counter party, for the purpose of use in large number of similar contracts in the future. The inclusion of general transaction conditions contrary to the interests of the counter party within the scope of the Agreement shall be subject to the information to be given by the issuing authority to the counter party during the execution of the Agreement and subject to the acceptance by the counter party.
