SUMMER 2020 DRYSAIL SPACE RENTAL CONTRACT MILWAUKEE COMMUNITY SAILING CENTER (MCSC)Space Rental Contract • April 20th, 2020
This is a seasonal space rental. After payment is made, no refunds will be made. A $10.00 per day charge will be levied if property remains after the season concludes. The 2020 season begins May 15, 2020 and ends October 15, 2020. The boat name or some other means of identification must be on the bow, stern or trailer in addition to a MCSC decal. Docking time is limited to 15 minutes for provisioning or picking up passengers. The overall length of boat and trailer must be smaller than the stall length if applicable. All boats must be maintained in a usable and seaworthy condition. All dinghies must conveniently fit on a MCSC assigned dinghy rack space or are subject to denial of that space. In the event that the boat is not removed within thirty (30) days after the end of the term, Owner expressly authorizes MCSC, Inc without notice to proceed in any manner satisfactory to MCSC, Inc to sell or otherwise dispose of the boat and recover from the proceeds
