In placing an order that is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, you agree that Exhibits (as defined below) that are attached to these General Terms and Conditions are incorporated into these General Terms and Conditions. If a term is relevant only to a specific Exhibit, that term applies only to that Exhibit when that Exhibit is incorporated into these General Terms and Conditions. Collectively, OPIE and Customer may be referred to as the “Parties” or in the singular as “Party.” This Master Solution Agreement, along with any subsequent amendments or Ordering Documents, is referred to as the “Agreement.”
