This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU”) shall be presented to the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe as the joint recommendations of the undersigned for salary and employee benefit adjustments. This MOU shall be effective for the period January 1, 2021 through September 30, 2023, and shall be binding on both parties.
