The Company recognizes the Teamsters Union Local as the sole collective bargaining agent for all office and clerical employees of Inc. in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, save and except those employees working at the Company's Head Office, those in the Personnel Department, buyers, outside sales staff, dispatchers, confidential secretaries, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, those employees regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week and students employed during the summer school vacation period. For further clarity, these employees are located in Inc. Branch Offices at: Inc. Ottawa Division and Inc. Wholesale Foods Division.
