Cellular Solution, LLC (“CS”) has implemented this Wholesale Distribution Agreement (the “Terms”), which apply to all CS healthcare professional customers in the United States of America. By purchasing dietary and nutritional supplement products in CS’s professional family of brands (the “Product(s)”), from CS for retail sale to your patients and clients, you (“Reseller”) agree to adhere to the following terms. Until such status is otherwise revoked by CS in CS’s sole and absolute discretion, Reseller shall be considered an “Authorized Reseller” hereunder. CS may review Reseller’s activities for compliance with these Terms and Reseller agrees to cooperate with any such investigation, including, but not limited to, permitting inspection of Reseller’s facilities and records related to the sale of the Products.
