If a site is covered by a Climate Change Agreement then it is entitled to claim up to 92% relief from the CCL on electricity, and up to 81% on the other fuels* (Natural Gas 81%, LPG 77%, Coal 81%). Relief prior to 1st April 2020 was 93% on electricity and 78% on fuels.
