As used herein, Greenlots and Subscriber are each a “party” or collectively, “parties” to this Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in the Special Terms and Conditions stated below shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Standard Terms and Conditions (“Standard Terms”) portion of this Agreement.
