THIS AGREEMENT Is made this ____ day of ______ , 20__(hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), by and between the MOJAVE WATER AGENCY, a public agency organized and operating pursuant to California Water Code Appendix Section 97-1 et seq. (hereinafter referred to as the “AGENCY”), and ____________________(hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”). AGENCY and CONTRACTOR may individually be referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
