This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between CLALLAM TRANSIT SYSTEM, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "CTS" and the AMALGAMATED TRANSIT UNION (ATU), LOCAL 587, representing those Employees of CTS, covered by this AGREEMENT, hereinafter referred to as the "UNION." When the term "AGREEMENT' is used herein, it refers to this collective bargaining agreement.
