This Solar Power Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Green Valley Solar, LLC., a Delaware Limited Liability Company, (“Provider”) and City of Rio Vista Northwest Wastewater Treatment Plant, an Enterprise of the of City of Rio Vista California (“Purchaser”; and, together with Provider, each, a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
