This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) and the City of Pueblo and its Pueblo Police Department (“City” or “PPD”) as it relates to the Violent Crime/NIBIN Task Force (herein referred to as the “Task Force”).
