The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between Housing Help Centre for Hamilton Wentworth and its Employees represented under this Agreement by Unifor and its Local Union No. 504 (the Union), to ensure the timely handling and disposition of complaints and grievances and to set forth an Agreement covering rates of pay and other working conditions.
