THIS INSTALLMENT FINANCING CONTRACT, dated as of August 1, 2021 (this “Contract”), is between TRUIST BANK, a North Carolina banking corporation (the “Bank”), and its successors and assigns, and the COUNTY OF WILSON, NORTH CAROLINA (the “County”), a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (the “State”), validly existing under and by virtue of the Constitution, statutes and laws of the State.
