Customer will walk & approve the lot on or before July 30th, 2023 that they have reserved and decide if they plan to move forward with a Vacant Lot Purchase Agreement. At the time of signing the Vacant Lot Purchase agreement the lot closing will take place within 30 days. Prior to closing on the lot customer will have preliminary home pricing. Expiration time of this agreement shall be July 30th, 2023 If buyer is moving forward with plans and pricing of new home an extension of this lot hold can be requested by the buyer and granted by Seller. If no written extension is completed, seller shall have the right to cancel lot hold and refund buyers $5,000.00 which releases both parties from any further obligation.
