These Terms and Conditions are part of and incorporated into each license agreement for online products (together the “License Agreement”) licensed by Springer Customer Service Center, LLC., 333 Meadowlands Parkway, Secaucus, New Jersey 07094, USA (“Springer”) to Licen- see identified in the License Agreement and if identified in the License Agreement its Participating Libraries or Consortia Members (collectively “Licensee”).
