This Accession Agreement for acceptance and transfer of payments in favor of legal entities (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between JSC Halyk Bank (the “Bank”) and a customer, who is a person using the Bank’s services, in accordance with this Agreement and on the basis of the license for carrying out banking and other operations and activities in the securities market No. 1.2.47 / 230/38/1 dated 8 November 2016. The Bank and the customer are jointly hereinafter referred to as the "Parties.”
