THIS AGREEMENT is made this 7th day of January, 2020 in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Property and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as "Government") whose address is 2133 Hospital Street, Christiansted U.S. Virgin Islands 00820 and Coral Reef Academy, Inc. whose address is 78 Flag Drive, Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
