This Customer Account Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which we, Embed Clearing LLC (“we” or “us”), will open and maintain one or more brokerage account(s) (“Account”) in your name and on your behalf and otherwise transact business with you (“you” or “your”, and collectively “Customer”).
