This Guaranty (the “Guaranty”) is made by American Capital Energy, Inc.Greenskies Clean Focus LLC (“Guarantor”), in favor of Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative, Inc. (“CVEC”), a Massachusetts cooperative corporation. Guarantor and CVEC may be referred to herein individually as “a Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
