In consideration of the supplier named in the Application (“Supplier”) agreeing to deliver and sell the Committed Tonnes to CBH Grain Pty Ltd ABN 39 089 394 883 (“CBH Grain”) (using one or more Sale Contracts), CBH Grain has agreed to make available for the benefit of the Supplier the Pre-Payment Amount on the following terms and conditions (“Pre-pay Advantage Conditions”).
