This Maintenance, Easement and Assignment of Rights Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this , 2017 ("Effective Date"), by OGDEN FALLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation ("Grantor") to and in favor of VILLAGE OF OSWEGO, an Illinois municipal corporation ("Grantee").
