Set forth below are the terms of Beyke Law, LLC’s representation of you in connection with the recovery of unclaimed funds. As part of our representation, we shall perform the necessary legal services to recover the funds that may be due to you. This may include but not be limited to filing legal documents in the Common Pleas and/or Probate Courts, submitting motions, applications, affidavits or other miscellaneous forms to any County office. Attorney may be required to attend hearings and argue motions on your behalf; and you may be asked to attend said hearings.
